In compliance with GDPR 679/16 and pursuant to Legislative Decree 101/18, in relation to personal data that Simac srl will come into possession, we inform you of the following:

Purpose of treatment

The processing of the Customer's personal data, which can be carried out both on computer and on paper, is aimed at fulfilling legal obligations in administrative, accounting and corporate matters, and at sending updates and promotions relating to the products, services or initiatives of Profice srls.

Methods of data processing

The treatment is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated as collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and distribution of data. The operations can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic instruments or in any case authorized. The treatment is carried out by the owner and / or persons in charge of the treatment.

Provision of data

The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the purposes of processing.

Refusal to supply

Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data makes it impossible to fulfill the activities covered by the purposes of treatment.

Data communication

The persons in charge of the processing, may make known personal data, external collaborators, legal and administrative consultants and, in general, all those whose communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes of the treatment.

Dissemination of data

Personal data may be subject to disclosure to the extent necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, for tax or legal reasons. They may also be shared with partner companies and/or third party service providers who will process them on behalf of SIMAC for the purposes set out above. Such third parties include, but are not limited to, website hosting service providers, maintenance, call center activities and marketing.

Data transfer abroad

Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes of processing.

Rights of the data subject

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. 

The person concerned has the right to obtain information on the matter:
- to the source of the personal data;
- the purpose and methods of the processing;
- to the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
- the identity of the owner, manager and the representative designated under Article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

Expression of Consent

Having read the above information pursuant to Legislative Decree 101/18 and GDPR 679/16, the customer expresses his consent to the processing of data.
