Composition

DEPALLETizer: fully automatic to unload pallets 100 x 120 in wood and or plastic (which can be up to 7 floors of bottles stacked).

MONOBLOCK: fully automatic, which combines on the same base a bottling machine with 36 valves plus a capper for screw caps measuring 31.5 x 44 with 8 heads and a capper for Guala type pressure caps with 6 heads.
The two capping machines are equipped with their own automatic caps distributor (one for each type of cap) and are served by an elevating hopper for the loading of the caps.

LABELLER: automatic glue paper label machine complete with magazines for front and rear label and upside-down L-head label, relative glue-rollers and glue-rollers. Each station is equipped with its own glue pump.
Three gluing units and 9 bottle clamping heads.

BOXING MACHINE: fully automatic to box three cartons at a time of six bottles each, complete with suitable accumulation plan and divider to align the bottles, even rectangular ones, from one to three. line with three parallel lines.
The case packer is complete with carton opener with large loading area and carton closing device with belt and marker.

Fully automaticpalletizer for the translation of closed cartons on pallets measuring 80 x 120 by means of a shifting and elevating table up to a maximum of 567 superimposed tables. The pallet is then automatically wrapped by automatic thermo stretchable pallet wrapping machine which is equipped with an outfeed storage surface for 2 pallet places in addition to the one being processed and an empty pallet magazine for loading.
